For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to accept and pay for the order when it is delivered.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders within Pakistan.

By placing a COD order, you confirm that:

  • Your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate.

  • You intend to receive the order.

  • You will be available to receive the order or make reasonable arrangements for delivery.

  • You will pay the applicable order amount upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or providing false order information may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

We currently deliver across Pakistan on eligible orders.

Dani Legacy does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated for a particular product or order.

Once an order has been handed over to the relevant delivery service, delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers must follow the requirements stated in that policy when submitting a return, replacement, or refund request.

In particular, customers are required to record a clear, continuous unboxing video when opening their package if they wish to make a claim relating to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.
